A useful first advertising project is a plan you can explain. You do not need to spend money to practice the reasoning behind a campaign.
Choose one clear business goal
Is the business looking for inquiries, purchases or visits? Write a specific goal for your practice brief. Avoid using clicks alone as proof that a business outcome was achieved.
Understand the customer’s question
List the questions a potential customer asks before choosing a product or service. Group related search ideas by intent so your message can address a specific need.
Connect the ad and the page
Draft an ad and a matching landing-page outline. Keep the offer consistent, make the next step clear and avoid claims the business cannot substantiate. Explain why the page answers the promise in the ad.
Plan a budget and tracking discussion
For a practice project, state that your budget is hypothetical. Identify the action you would measure and check what tracking and consent arrangements are required before a real campaign launches. Platform settings and requirements can change; use the current provider documentation.
Prepare a review plan
Decide what you would inspect after launch: search relevance, inquiry quality, costs and page performance. Do not promise a return from a practice plan. Explain what evidence would lead you to revise the campaign.
